Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No penalties.
What happens to my bars if I downgrade?
Your bars stay in the system but only 1 will be active on the Free plan. Premium-only features are disabled until you upgrade again.
Is the "Powered by" branding required on the free plan?
Yes. Free plan bars display a small "Powered by Morsimo" link. This is fully removed on Premium.
How does billing work?
We use Paddle for secure, compliant payment processing. You are billed monthly. VAT is handled automatically based on your location.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Contact support.morsimo@gmail.com within 7 days of a charge and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Can I embed on multiple websites?
Yes. Each bar can be embedded on any number of websites. The limit is the number of bars, not the number of sites.
