1. Introduction

Osiyo Technologies ("we", "us") operates Morsimo. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: Name, email address, and a bcrypt-hashed password. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

Bar configuration: Your announcement bar content, settings, and targeting rules — necessary to provide the Service.

Analytics data: Anonymous aggregate counts of impressions and clicks per bar per day. No visitor IP addresses, fingerprints, or PII are stored.

Payment data: Handled entirely by Paddle. We receive only subscription status and a subscription ID. We never see or store card numbers.

Technical logs: Standard server logs (IP, browser, page) for security diagnostics. Purged periodically.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To send transactional emails (account creation, billing receipts).
To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with Paddle (payment processing) and our VPS provider (infrastructure). We do not share with analytics platforms, ad networks, or data brokers.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

The Morsimo dashboard uses a session cookie for authentication only. No tracking cookies are set. The widget uses the visitor's localStorage solely to remember when a bar was dismissed — no data is transmitted from this storage.

6. Data Retention

Account data retained while your account is active.
Analytics rows automatically purged after 90 days.

7. Security

We use bcrypt password hashing (cost 12), CSRF token protection on all forms, prepared statements for all database queries, and HTTPS enforcement. No system is perfectly secure — use a strong unique password.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal data. Email support.morsimo@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 16. Contact us immediately if you believe a minor has provided data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
