1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Morsimo ("the Service"), operated by Osiyo Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Morsimo provides a SaaS platform for creating embeddable announcement bars for websites. Users configure bars via a web dashboard; the resulting widget is embedded on third-party websites via a JavaScript snippet that fetches a static JSON configuration file.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or deceptive content; violate any applicable law; impersonate another person; reverse-engineer the Service; or overburden our infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy without notice.

5. Free Plan and Branding

Free plan users must display the "Powered by Morsimo" attribution link in their embedded bars. Attempting to remove or obscure this branding on the Free plan is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $5/month via Paddle, our payment processor.
Prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

The Service and its original content are the exclusive property of Osiyo Technologies. You retain all rights to content you create using the Service.

9. Analytics Data

Impression and click tracking collects anonymous aggregate counts per bar per day. No personally identifiable information about end-visitors is stored. You own your analytics data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osiyo Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
